Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the data science team.

Requirements:

• Highly skilled and motivated Manager to lead our team of data scientists.
• As the Data Science/Ai/ML Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data-driven solutions and strategies.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business objectives, define project goals, and ensure the successful execution of data science projects.
• Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to the data science team, ensuring the continuous growth and improvement of their skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a data science role, with at least 2 years of experience in managing a team of data scientists.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, Reporting, Warehousing, Machine Learning
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques.
• Solid understanding of data manipulation, feature engineering, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data science solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
