AI Training Lead Full-time

Job Purpose

The Training Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that support organizational goals and employee development. This role involves identifying training needs, developing training materials, and delivering training sessions to employees at various levels within the organization. The Training Lead will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assess training needs of Data Annotators through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers and Quality team
• Design and develop training programs, including online courses, workshops, and seminars, that align with organizational goals.
• Create and update training materials such as manuals, presentations, and videos.
• Conduct training sessions via virtual platforms, ensuring effective delivery and engagement.
• Facilitate onboarding programs for new employees
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
• Continuously update training programs based on evaluation data and organizational changes.
• Implement improvements to training materials and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet their needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for training-related inquiries and issues.
• Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
• Proficiency in using training software and tools (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms) is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills.
