Summary:
The Senior Project Manager will lead strategic project initiatives, ensuring they are executed to
the highest standards and fostering innovation. You will mentor project teams and collaborate
with executive leadership to align projects with corporate strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute advanced project strategies that align with the company’s long term goals using Agile frameworks.
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring integration and alignment with business goals using Scrum methodologies.
• Serve as a key decision-maker in project tasks, managing complex challenges and high-stake negotiations.
• Mentor and develop project managers and coordinators within the Agile framework.
• Lead critical stakeholder meetings, presenting project status and strategic insights.
• Communicate project progress to clients

Requirements:

• Over 8 years of project management experience in high-tech, fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of AI, ML technologies, and advanced project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage senior-level stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
• Sense of urgency and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills in English
