AI Product Trainer, CoCounsel Full-time

About the Role

Thomson Reuters is looking for an AI Product Trainer to join our Customer Success team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with onboarding and training our customers on our generative AI software and developing and implementing strategies to drive product adoption and maximize usage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Onboard and train customers on our software, including develop customized training programs to serve specific client needs
• Field requests for prompting troubleshooting/assistance
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure client needs are being met
• Occasionally provide training and support to prospective customers in product trials and pursue related initiatives to support our sales teams

About You

• You have a law degree (J.D. or equivalent)
• Must have bar admission in at least one state
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a practicing attorney
• Ideally, you have worked in legal technology and/or with AI-based software platforms
• You have experience with training and interacting with customers regularly
• You are interested in learning about new technology and software – we offer a suite of cutting-edge A.I.-based software products
• You are personable, have a positive attitude, enjoy problem-solving, and helping customers
• You enjoy working on cross-functional teams and contributing to broader outcomes-particularly ones focused on positive customer experiences

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, NV, TX, WA and/or remote. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $74,200 – $137,800. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
