Job Description

Roles/Responsibilities

• Respond to AI product-related inquiries from various business units.
• Support business units in promoting AI product utilization.
• Provide training on AI product usage to business units.
• Create and maintain documentation using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Perform related tasks as needed.

Required skills

• Excellent communication skills to interact with multiple departments.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency.
• Basic understanding of web applications.
• Basic knowledge and operational skills with generative AI/ChatGPT.
• Proficiency in creating documents with Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred skills

• Experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
• Python coding skills.
• English proficiency for reading and writing.
• Proven track record in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Personal Attributes

• Native or Fluent Japanese required
