Job Description

• The role’s primary goal is to lead and drive:
  • close collaboration with other service management team to define the AI product roadmap aligning to the team vision and priorities, with a focus on artificial intelligence and data science.
  • close collaboration with GS internal function team to identify, analysis, design and develop new AI (mainly computer vision) related initiatives towards new AI modules and products.
  • continuous iteration and development of AI (mainly computer vision) based modules, products and services
  • management of the product roadmaps, release plans and backlogs
  • commercialization of AI products towards official GS services to our internal customer.
  • steering and collaboration with development team and partners
• Support the GS internal training and enabling activity as internal trainer and mentor.
• Function as the regional contact window to central AI/GenAI global topic champion.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Robust understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related commercial products as well as open source projects.
• Hands-on expertise in languages such as Python, along with experience in using computer vision libraries.
• Extensive experience as a service owner in a technology-driven field, preferably with direct exposure to AI product management
• Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders across organization levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
• Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
