AI Product Manager Full-time

We are hiring at InnQuest Software for an AI Product Manager to join our growing team in North America!

As an AI Product Manager, you will bring analytical and commercial acumen to manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and commercialization. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, driving innovation and delivering value to our clients. You will be at the forefront of AI adoption in our portfolio, ensuring that AI solutions provide real business value while staying ahead of industry advancements.

The successful AI Product Manager will lead the launch and scaling of an innovative AI-driven revenue management solution tailored for the hospitality industry. This product is designed to empower hotels to optimize their pricing strategies and profitability.

What your day will look like:

Customer-Centric Innovation

• Work closely with customers to understand their pain points and identify solutions
• Rapidly prototype features using the latest AI tooling before handing off to development

Product Strategy and Execution

• Define the product strategy aligned with business objectives
• Prioritize features that move the needle based on user value, company value, and strategic fit
• Identify user processes and workflows where AI is a key enabler
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into our products
• Define and measure outcome-driven metrics after product launch

AI Technology and Market Leadership

• Stay ahead of AI advancements and translate breakthroughs into new product capabilities
• Continuously evaluate AI trends, tools, and techniques to ensure we are leveraging the latest innovations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with business stakeholders to ensure product initiatives align with revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction

About You:

Technical and AI Expertise

• Good understanding of AI technologies and their impact on product innovation
• Ability to rapidly prototype AI-driven solutions with low/no-code tools and AI frameworks

Product Management and Execution

• Experience leading AI-driven product development from concept to launch
• Ability to prioritize features based on data, customer impact, and business strategy
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Customer and Market Focus

• Experience working directly with customers to discover, validate, and iterate on product opportunities
• Ability to translate customer needs into AI-powered solutions that drive tangible business impact

AI-First Mindset

• Passion for AI and deep understanding of how AI can transform businesses and user experiences
• Ability to differentiate what was not possible yesterday but is possible today with AI advancements

Hospitality Experience

• Understanding of hotel operations, property management systems (PMS), guest engagement, reservations, and revenue management is an asset

Additional Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management or similar related discipline is essential
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in SaaS or hospitality technology
• Expertise in defining MVPs, go-to-market strategies, and scaling standalone products
• Strong understanding of AI applications in pricing optimization and hospitality trends
• Proficient in roadmap planning, backlog management, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with platform integrations in the hospitality sector
• Familiarity with subscription-based revenue models
• Previous success in launching products in international markets
• Being fluent in the English language, written and verbal, is essential
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
