Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
The Sr Tester is responsible for leading the testing efforts for the simulation components of the system. This role ensures that simulation models and their implementations meet quality standards and function correctly under various scenarios.

Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
– Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for simulation models and components.
– Perform different types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and stress testing.
– Identify, report, and track defects, working closely with the development team to resolve them.
– Validate simulation models to ensure they accurately replicate real-world scenarios.
– Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
– Mentor and guide junior testers, ensuring adherence to testing best practices.
– Continuously improve the testing processes and methodologies.
– Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
– Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
– Develop applications and systems utilizing AI tools and Cloud AI services.
– Create a proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production-ready quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
– Extensive experience in software testing, particularly for simulation systems.
– Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent understanding of various testing methodologies and techniques.
– Experience in testing simulation models and understanding of simulation principles.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
– Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
– Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity.
