AI/GenAI Solution Architect Full-time

This a role with Slalom’s East Shared and Emerging team – we are open to hiring in many locations and travel will be required as needed by our clients.

Role: GenAI/AI Solution Architect – Senior Delivery Principal or Delivery Director

Join Slalom’s East Shared and Emerging team as an GenAI/AI Solution Architect, a role crucial for designing and implementing production AI solutions that address complex business problems. This position requires a professional dedicated to staying on top of the latest AI technologies and adept at applying them to create innovative products and services. What You’ll Do

• Create high-level and detailed design plans for AI and ML production solutions, including selecting appropriate AI algorithms, data sources, infrastructure, and technologies that align with the organization’s goals and constraints.
• Lead the development of AI products taking them from prototype to production including deployment on cloud platforms
• Consult with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, assess how AI techniques like machine learning, natural language processing etc. can address those needs
• Design the overall architecture of AI solutions including the relationships between various components
• Work with data engineers and scientists to ensure effective data collection and preparation for training AI models
• Continuously monitor the performance of AI solutions and implement improvements
• Keep updated with advances in AI technology and find opportunities to upgrade existing solutions

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years experience architecting and developing AI or machine learning solutions on platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Azure, Google Cloud and OpenAI.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning, LLM, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch and other AI frameworks
• Experience bringing a GenAI project through production and implementation
• Ability to think creatively and collaborate about applying AI to solve business problems with multiple capabilities, including Experience Design, Change Management and Process Reengineering
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to explain AI solutions to stakeholders
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or related field

In New York, the base salary pay range for the Senior Delivery Principal level role is $167,000 to $258,000.

In New York, the base salary pay range for the Delivery Director level role is $192,000 to $307,000.

In New Jersey, the base salary pay range for the Senior Delivery Principal level role is $153,000 to $237,000.

In New Jersey, the base salary pay range for the Delivery Director level role is $175,000 to $281,000.

In Connecticut, the base salary pay range for the Senior Delivery Principal level role is $140,000 to $217,000.

In Connecticut, the base salary pay range for the Delivery Director level role is $161,000 to $258,000.
