Required Skills: 10+ Year experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven professional experience in AI solution development, with a strong emphasis on natural language processing, machine learning, and large language models.
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in utilizing relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g. Scikit Learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch)
- Hands-on experience with the RAG technique and familiarity with its application in real-world scenarios.
- Familiarity with Azure AI services is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex business problems into practical AI solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience of working in Agile development methodologies.
