The team at TELUS International is seeking a Quality Controller Lead to assist in supervising the quality function of global GenAI projects. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in developing or testing large language models and will be instrumental in building our qualification testing protocols for contributors, as well as refining our production workflow to ensure the delivery of data that improves our customers’ models. It is a position that requires attention to detail, discipline and motivation as well as deep analytical skills.
The successful candidate will report to the Quality Manager.
