Job Description & Summary

PwC Slovakia is seeking an accomplished AI & Data Analytics Lead to join our growing team of data professionals. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing advanced data-driven solutions, leveraging artificial intelligence and analytics to help our clients make strategic decisions. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive impactful projects and lead a team of talented professionals. What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of developers, data scientists, and analysts to deliver projects for clients across various industries.
• Drive the development and implementation of AI and data analytics solutions, including predictive analytics, machine learning, and advanced data engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address clients’ business needs, using automation and data insights to drive measurable results.
• Oversee project timelines, manage resources effectively, and ensure high-quality deliverables in line with PwC’s standards.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in AI, data science, and analytics, contributing to PwC’s reputation as a market leader.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Deep experience in AI, data analytics, data science, or data engineering, with proven expertise in leadership and team management.
• Hands-on experience with data tools and platforms such as Python, R, SQL, Spark, or similar technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in leading projects and developing data-driven solutions for business challenges.
• Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.

Wage (gross): From 3500 EUR/month, final salary depends on candidate’s experience
