The opportunity
We are looking for an AI Chapter Area Lead (Executive Manager) who will co-lead high priority initiatives across RBS with relevant business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. You will guide your team to deliver world-class AI capabilities across RBS that will also build capabilities for the rest of CBA. You will be responsible for cutting edge initiatives in agentic AI, GenAI, and broader AI. Our strategic focus lies in delighting our customers at every touchpoint, offering outstanding service, and meet the needs of our customers. Your leadership will be crucial in helping RBS achieve its priorities.
