Test Manager with Gen AI testing exp.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Equivalent degree (Science, STEM, etc)
• Possess a strong background in GEN AI Testing with proven experience
• Demonstrate good understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance domain
• Experience in git Copilot & prompt engineering. Any solutions built using Copilot would be handy
• Strong Test Automation skills with 8-10 yrs experience.
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Display ability to manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in project deliverables
• Demonstrate ability to monitor and manage project budgets effectively
• Possess strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues
• Exhibit ability to develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Show commitment to continuous improvement and learning from project evaluations
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Display ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Oversee the execution of GEN AI Testing projects to ensure quality and compliance
• GEN AI + Prompt Engineering skillset
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications
• Monitor project budgets and ensure financial targets are met
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project goals
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned
• Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to optimize project workflows
• Support the team in resolving technical issues related to GEN AI Testing
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
