Working Student: Support for AI Strategy (f/m/div) Full-time

• Take responsibility: You organize the yearly Artificial Intelligent company event (program preparation, interaction with internal and external stakeholders, venue & set-up)
• Organizational talent: You support the team with efforts of strategic importance in our AI initiative: AI ideation workshops, AI use case
• Stakeholder management: You interact with our internal and external innovation ecosystem: e.g. start-ups, universities, AI partner platform etc.
• Identify needs: You contribute to other strategic and enablement topics

• Study field: You are currently studying Business, Innovation Management and Computer Science or similar study of field
• Understanding: You possess basic knowledge in artificial intelligence (AI)
• Work experience: You have hands-on experience in strategy and consulting, with prior experience in event organization or coordination
• Personality: You show a collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude towards work
• Way of working: You have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members
• Language skills: You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken

• Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
