Working Student – Machine Learning (Video) (f/m/d) Part-time

Position Description

As a Working Student – Machine Learning (Video) you will support the Senior AI/ML Engineers in the design and evaluation of Computer Vision machine learning models.

In this role, you will:

• Support our Senior AI/ML Engineers in the design, training and evaluation of Computer Vision and Video ML models and underlying software architecture
• Collect, analyze, prepare and structure datasets for training, validation and testing state-of-the-art Computer Vision ML models and technologies to be used in the next-generation automotive infotainment middleware
• Process image/video data, applying techniques for pre-processing, normalization and data augmentation to improve model robustness

What you will need to succeed:

• Active study program as Bachelor or Master student in the field of Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent
• First hands-on experience with Computer Vision (e.g. face detection, object detection, image classification, scene segmentation or action recognition)
• Good knowledge in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Transformer
• Practical experience in training, fine-tuning, validation and evaluation of ML models
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras
