• Generative AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and test a Generative AI solution that can create high-quality technical content, such as white papers or technical articles for the semi-conductor industry
• Data Preparation: Collect and pre-process technical content for the Generative AI model
• Model Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of the Generative AI solution
• Inform your colleagues: You will document and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations

Your Profile:

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, or a related field
• Digital knowledge: You have a solid understanding of Generative AI concepts, techniques, and tools, such as language models, prompt engineering, and RAG applications
• Programming Skills: You are proficient in Python and ideally already have experience with any cloud platform (e.g. Azure, AWS)
• Way of working: You enjoy working independently and are able to team up to develop tailored solutions
• Personality: You have an analytical, problem-solving, and communicative mindset
• Language skills: You have fluent English skills. German is a plus
• Availability: You can preferably work 16-20 hours per week

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, a maximum of 20 hours per week is possible during the lecture period.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
