Job description:

• Content Development: You create, review, and optimize content about Infineon’s AI strategy, use cases, and key learnings – facilitating general AI literacy and covering areas such as Responsible AI, Generative AI, and Edge AI
• Podcast and Video Creation: You participate in the creation of audio and video content, ensuring high-quality production that effectively communicates complex AI topics to a diverse audience
• Communication Strategy: You assist in developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy for AI, aligning with Infineon’s broader business objectives and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
• Change Communication: You support the development and dissemination of communication materials for relevant AI projects, helping to manage and communicate changes effectively within the organization

Your Profile:

• Study field: You are currently studying Journalism, Communication, Media Studies, Computer Science or similar
• Skills: You possess strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and journalistic integrity, and you also demonstrate great communication and interpersonal skills
• Interests: You showcase excellent storytelling abilities with a focus on clarity, engagement, and audience relevance
• Knowledge: You understand the basic concepts of AI and machine learning
• Experience: You have previous experience in journalism, content creation, multimedia production, or storytelling. Ideally, you are also familiar with multimedia tools for audio and video content creation
• Way of working: You are self-motivated and able to work independently. You are eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Language skills: You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
