Description and Requirements

[Roles and responsibilities]

1. lead AI modules deployment into production environment.

2. co-work with algorithm engineer to optimize module’s power consumption and memory requirement

3. responsible for supporting the engineering implementation of the AI algorithms, including C/C++ development, DSP platform porting and optimization, deployment and optimization of NN models based on NPU or CPU, etc.

AI algorithm development, system firmware

[Must Have]

– Majors in acoustics, signal processing, automation, communication, electronic engineering, and computer science, with a master’s degree and above

– 8+ years of work experience on AI module deployment

– Have good English reading and writing skills.

– Proactive and possess teamwork spirit, self-motivation ability, and good communication skills.

– Familiar with the basic principles of speech algorithms, with a deep understanding of AI speech enhancement (noise suppression, echo cancellation, beamforming, sound source localization, blind source separation, reverberation removal, noise reduction).

– Familiar with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Python and can apply machine learning in the audio field.
