• Client Relationships: Partner with C-level clients, ensuring impactful solutions and long-term relationships.
• Innovation: Drive AI and analytics projects to transform operations and boost client outcomes.
• Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and support sales efforts.
• Team Leadership: Build and inspire high-performing consulting teams.

Required skills

• Experience: 15+ years in AI, analytics, or transformation consulting, ideally in Japan
• Industry Knowledge: Strong expertise in finance, supply chain, and tech transformation within Japan
• Skills: Bilingual (Japanese/English), exceptional leadership, client-centric mindset, and technical expertise in AI and analytics
