Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Data & AI Research!

As the VP- Data & AI Research, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and providing critical insights into the evolving landscape of Data and AI technologies. This role focuses on the exploration of market trends, innovations, and emerging technologies that support the organization’s growth in data and AI services. You will also play a key role in ensuring these insights translate into actionable initiatives that contribute to the execution of data and AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Industry Research: Conduct comprehensive research into current and emerging trends in data, analytics, and artificial intelligence. Provide actionable insights that influence the execution of AI-driven initiatives within the organization.

• Competitive Intelligence: Analyze and track competitor activities and advancements in data and AI technologies, providing updates and detailed reports on market movements and competitive positioning. Work closely with execution teams to ensure these insights inform ongoing development efforts.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the market. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to internal stakeholders, aiding in the execution of business-critical AI projects.

• Innovation Tracking: Monitor the AI and data innovation landscape, identifying opportunities for the company to adopt new technologies and methods to enhance its offerings.

• Collaboration: Support internal teams by providing research and data-backed insights that assist in product development, client engagements, and operational improvements.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Relevant years of experience in research roles within AI, data, or technology sectors, with a deep understanding of emerging technologies and market dynamics.

• Proven expertise in conducting detailed industry and market research with a focus on AI and data services.

• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present findings to different internal audiences.

• Experience in competitive intelligence and tracking trends within the AI and data landscape.

• Familiarity with working cross-functionally to support teams with research, market intelligence, and the execution of data and AI initiatives.

• Post-Graduate Programme in Management (MBA), Marketing or equivalent.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Science, or related technical fields.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Excellent research and data interpretation skills.

• Strong communication skills with experience in presenting insights and reports to various stakeholders.

• Familiarity with AI technologies, big data, and analytics tools.
