Training Developer – Google Ads Quality | AI Data Solutions Full-time

Description and Requirements

As a Training Developer you will conceptualize and create content for online training and professional development courses for all the business learning needs. In this position you can generate software simulations, integrate real-world scenarios with 3D animations, combining curriculum theory and relevant quiz questions with hands-on virtual practices and animations that increase engagement and interactivity in learning.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Assess the strengths and limitations of various content formats, styles or approaches and identify the best method to present the proposed learning goals
• Provide estimations and meet the effort required to to complete a project
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, to ensure the coherence of learning deliverables
• Create, review, and/or edit a wide variety of learning content, including but not limited to: short- and long-form case studies (text-based, multimedia, and interactive), scenarios, simulations, research summaries, portraits of practice, descriptive or explanatory text accompanying visual and interactive media, video scripts, instructional guides, or notes, and assessment components (e.g., quiz questions or essay prompts)
• Perform knowledge updates, including technical or client-provided information, within specified timelines
• Report on the progress of logistics, training availability and participation, and any required reports

Qualifications:

• Experience in developing original educational content for adult learners
• Experience in developing content for online and/or multi-media environments
• Studies in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing and/or related course
• Skills in proofreading and minor copy editing

Knowledge :
