Technical Sourcer, AI & Robotics Full-time

Tesla Sourcers find top software talent to power a sustainable & autonomous future. This role partners closely with Recruiters, Engineers, and Engineering Managers to identify, attract, and assess exceptional candidates. Our team supports the core of robotics and AI hiring across Autopilot and Optimus. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage creative approaches to bring the very best Software Engineers to Tesla.

Responsibilities

• Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify top talent
• Build robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
• Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
• Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
• Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity

Requirements

• 2+ years sourcing experience in an in-house or agency environment
• Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
• Familiarity recruiting software engineers across multiple disciplines
• Knowledge of relevant employment market trends
• Strong ability to track and manage data and workflows
• Startup experience is a plus

Expected Compensation

$60,000 – $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
