Technical Program Manager, Voice AI (Automotive+) Full-time

The TPM has a key role in ensuring the success of our automotive partners, by planning, executing and delivering the best Voice AI solution so that they can build the next generation of AI enabled vehicles. As part of the Automotive team you will collaborate with the Engineering teams as well as the other TPMs and our Partner engineers to drive the product roadmap and deliveries.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate engineering teams focusing on developing advanced voice assistant systems
• Serve as the primary point of technical contact for international partners, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication across cultural boundaries
• Develop detailed project documentation, oversee project scope, schedule, and deployment
• Address and mitigate project risks, spearheading problem resolution to ensure project success
• Foster a collaborative international work environment, respecting and integrating diverse cultural perspectives in project planning and execution

We would love to hear from you if:

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Your experience in technical program management includes Linux, Python, C++, ASR or other AI technologies
• Experience in AI or voice AI would be highly preferred
• You demonstrated your ability in leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, managing complex projects in a dynamic, international environment
