Technical Program Manager, AI/ML, Google Cloud Full-time

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• Experience working with software and hardware teams in compute or machine learning accelerators.

Preferred qualifications:

• 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience managing projects on software engineering teams or product management experience with innovative engineering programs.
• Experience with Machine Learning (ML) techniques and frameworks.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Establish a reliable cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource management where improvements are measurable.
• Drive measurable program performance gains correlated to execution velocity.
• Initiate and lead multiple organizations through pivots needed to address shifts in business trends and priorities.
• Lead strategic planning framework for program portfolios including direct influence over resourcing decisions, planning cadence, and planning stakeholders.
