Technical Product Owner – AI Factory

The AI Factory is dedicated to advancing our management software through AI innovation. Our primary goal is to seamlessly integrate AI features into our product line, either by enhancing functionality and user experience or by recreating user workflows to take full advantage of AI technology.
The challenge we have for you:
– Product Ownership: Own the product roadmap and be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and communicating product features and requirements.
– Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of AI-based software products, mediating between product management and development.
– Technical Exploration: Explore new and emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to AI and software development, and evaluate their potential applicability to our products.
– User-Centric Focus: Advocate for a user-centric approach in product development, ensuring that AI solutions align with customer expectations and needs.
– Documentation: Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, feature specifications, and technical requirements.
– Product Strategy: Work with our Product team to define and refine the product strategy.
– Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality and reliability of AI-based software products.
– Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to continually refine and improve product features.
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
– Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in AI-based software development.
– Understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
– Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
– Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
– Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new technologies and solving technical challenges.
– Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
