ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Artist Manager, you will play a crucial role in our artist management division, focusing on social content and creator-led productions, as well as AI talent. You will cultivate and nurture talent relationships, orchestrate talent searches, and align talent with our productions. Your operational skills will help support the team and keep us organized, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Relationship Management

• Maintain and nurture relationships with content creators, social media influencers, and other key talent.
• Actively seek and foster new talent relationships that align with the creative vision of our projects and client needs, with a focus on social content and AI-driven initiatives.

Talent Sourcing and Alignment

• Conduct talent searches to identify suitable creators and professionals for new social content projects.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to align talent with specific projects, ensuring a seamless fit.

Project Coordination and Operations

• Support the team in organizing and managing project timelines, ensuring that talent commitments align with production schedules.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.

Content Development and Strategy

• Work with creators to develop engaging content that aligns with client objectives and creative concepts.
• Stay informed about trends in social media and AI talent to ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive.

Presentation and Reporting

• Assist in the creation of presentations that effectively represent our talent and Studio.monks’ creative capabilities.
• Provide regular updates and reports on talent performance and project progress to senior management.

Market Research and Trend Analysis

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging creators, and new social content opportunities.
• Conduct market research initiatives to identify potential talent and content strategies.

Event Coordination and Community Engagement

• Help organize events or promotional activities featuring our talent to enhance their visibility and reputation.
• Support talent participation in industry conferences, award shows, and speaking engagements.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3-5 years of experience in talent management, content production, or a similar role, with a focus on social content and creator-led projects.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, with a keen eye for emerging talent and AI-driven content.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with talent and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in project management and organizational tools, with the ability to keep the team organized and on track.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to represent the Studio and showcase our talent and capabilities.
• A passion for the technology and innovation markets, with the ability to follow trends and discuss their impact on content and talent.
• A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
