Staff Engineer, AI/ML Software Full-time

The AI Incubation team is looking for experienced Software Engineers to develop prototypes and software frameworks for core AI technologies range from dedicated algorithms optimized on embedded Linux to generative AI. We work across various markets and applications to solve problems beyond the reach of traditional algorithms and circuit innovations.

Responsibilities include:

• Implement, analyze, and profile algorithms (non-ML and ML) on target platforms for both cloud and edge deployment scenarios.
• Create application prototype, including frontend and backend, for high-value use cases valuable to Analog Devices.
• Test and deploy experimental algorithms and frameworks, creating end-to-end experimental pipelines.
• When PoC is successful, help transition code to production level quality.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI applications from reputable groups and experiment with and prototype new ideas.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-time industry experience in software engineering.
• Good track record of software development in production settings.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ with experience on high-performance implementation and optimization.
• Solid understanding in operation system, database, compiler.
• Experience in full-stack web development and/or computer architecture is preferred.
