The successful candidate will have:

• A good understanding of Generative AI application development lifecycle, process, tools and dependencies across consumer/enterprise segments
• A hands-on experience and knowledge about the developer workflows and related tools & tech for today’s generation of Generative AI applications including Agents with thirst for AI.
• Worked with the internal stakeholders (product, engineering, marketing, business, and program management) and external developers to put together the right requirements and plan for Inference Platform software, tools deliverables and features within Cloud Business Unit.
• Engaged with developers and industry partners to analyze new tools and technical opportunities – new software requirements, drive execution, and support the go-to-market plans and global developer engagements.

The position requires understanding of Inference Platforms, knowledge of technical and business sides of software and application development, proven track record of cross-functional leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role also requires AI tools, technology, and ecosystem knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
• 4+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for definition and execution of strategic planning of Inference Suite roadmap, to support Cloud AI accelerators
• Market and technical competitive analysis
• Works with internal experts (technical stakeholders) in different areas
• Defines a comprehensive product roadmap and plan for Inference Suite products.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders and program sponsors to develop product milestones.
• Influences external developer/partner integrations and solutions
• Executes on the roadmap creating a strong technology impact.
• Drives product launch strategies for new products and technologies
• Prepares and delivers highly complex and high-stakes technical presentations

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in AI/ML
• In Depth knowledge of:
  • Inference as a Service, microservices.
  • AI, Gen-AI technologies, developer tools, workflows, frameworks.
  • Developer Ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management experience in AI Inference Services and Platform.
• Hands on experience developing AI Platforms and Solutions especially in Generative AI.
• Experience managing, influencing, negotiating with internal audience.
• Experience working in a large matrixed organization.
• Excellent written, oral communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$162,400.00 – $243,600.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
