Job Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Innovation

• Design and implement major components of our AI platform infrastructure
• Drive architectural decisions for platform scalability and reliability
• Establish technical standards and best practices for platform development
• Lead implementation of infrastructure for ML model training and serving
• Design robust data management and monitoring systems
• Develop solutions for resource optimization and cost efficiency

Team & Project Leadership

• Mentor senior and junior platform engineers
• Lead technical implementation of complex projects
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices
• Facilitate cross-team technical discussions and decisions
• Contribute to technical roadmap planning
• Support team growth and development

Infrastructure & Scale

• Design and optimize data pipelines for large-scale ML workloads
• Implement robust monitoring and observability solutions
• Lead performance optimization initiatives
• Ensure reliability of production ML systems

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong background in distributed systems and cloud platforms
• Experience building production-grade infrastructure

Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation
• Strong programming skills in Python and system languages
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices
• Expertise in building and maintaining data processing pipelines
• Strong background in ML infrastructure components

Leadership & Communication

• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
• Track record of driving technical decisions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across teams
