Sr. Lead Engineer, AI Operations Full-time

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Lead Engineer to join our AI Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing infrastructure packages, creating deployment pipelines, partnering with external AI build teams to facilitate governance, and leading architecture and solution reviews for internal AI products. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, cloud infrastructure, and governance processes.

What you will do:

• Design and develop infrastructure packages to support the deployment and management of AI solutions.
• Create and maintain deployment pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of AI models and applications.
• Partner with external AI build teams to facilitate governance and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Lead architecture and solution reviews for internal AI products, providing guidance and recommendations to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with existing infrastructure and processes.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI technologies, cloud infrastructure, and governance best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on best practices for AI operations and infrastructure management.

What you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in architecture and infrastructure design, with a focus on AI operations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, such as Azure, and related deployment pipelines.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with AI and machine learning operations.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
• Certifications in cloud infrastructure or AI technologies.

Travel Percentage: 20%
