Sportsbook – AI Engineer Full-time

The Wow

We are seeking an experienced AI engineer to join our team. This role involves the development of our AI framework including a platform that supports company’s generative AI initiatives. Develop AI solutions to embed into our products and be the Subject Matter Expert on AI field.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Development and Implementation

• Develop, deploy and maintain the AI platform, including the LLMs, RAG, VectorDB and Knowledge Graphs, using Cloud Frameworks to standardize and democratize the utilization of AI across the company in a secure and Responsible way.
• Design and develop AI Solutions to support event driven, streaming, real-time and very low latency applications.
• Continuously monitor and optimize AI solutions to ensure they deliver accurate and reliable results.

What we are looking for

• Education: Bachelor’s in computer science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Certifications on AWS AI, Microsoft OpenAI or Snowflake would be considered a plus.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in developing AI Solutions, with proven experience on building Applications using LLMs, RAG in Production. Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI and Langchain. Experience on working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust and reusable solutions. Experience with Prompt engineering via APIs. Experience on developing multi-agents network using AutoGen (or similar frameworks) is a plus.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in python and/or java for creating AI powered applications, connected with LLMs. Embedding, Vector Databases and Knowledge Graphs. NLP and AI Vision. Knowledge on Kafka and event driven and real time data analytics environments for real time low latency applications.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the AI space to proactively suggest and implement improvements and innovative ways of work, ensuring Betsson remains at the forefront of innovation in this dynamic field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex AI concepts and communicate to different stakeholders at different levels of seniority and skills
