Who you are:Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science or a related field. Proficiency in English (Verbal, Written)Professional Skills, Qualifications and ExperiencePrimary Skills: Proven experience (2 years or more) as an AI Specialist, machine learning engineer, or similar roleStrong knowledge of Python, R, or other AI programming languages.Background in statistical analysis and predictive modellingExposure to AWS cloud based AI solution development (Sagemaker, EC2, Lambda, CFTs/Terraform, ECS, S3 data handling etc)Working knowledge of Generative AI and its use in structured data handlingWorking knowledge of Analytics tools like Tableau, PowerBI or QliksenseFamiliarity with big data platforms and tools (AWS, Snowflake, Palantir Foundry etc.) Secondary Skills:Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify business problems that can be addressed through AI solutions.Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams within large and matrixed organisationsInnovation: Stay curious and explore new AI techniquesConsulting & Customer centric mindset.Experience in developing solutions for GBS domains ( Finance, Procurement, HR) Key Responsibilities: Design and Develop AI Systems:Create/Choose and maintain robust and scalable AI models and algorithmsCollaborate closely with data scientists, data analysts, and other team members to ensure accurate data collection and analysisApply machine learning and data mining techniques to large datasets, uncovering valuable patterns and insightsTesting and Validation:Test and validate AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performanceFine-tune models based on test resultsStay updated with the latest developments in AI and incorporate new techniques and technologiesEffective Communication:Clearly communicate complex AI concepts and analysis results to stakeholdersDocument AI processes and procedures for future reference and improvements.Continuous Learning and Adaptation:Keep abreast of advancements in the field of AI and machine learning.Identify opportunities to leverage company data for business solutions.Prototyping and Rapid development: Working alongside other teams, develop quick prototypes, Proof-of-concepts and Minimum-viable-products for the AI Solutions Support teams that industrialize these solutionsApply now and become a part of our diverse team!We are an equal opportunity employer that values workforce diversity.
