Solution Consultant AI & Analytics Full-time

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Consultant with experience in technology consultancy, specialized in Artificial Intelligence and Analytics and focusing on Go to Market. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the areas of AI and Analytics, as well as experience in creating, designing, selling and delivering AI and Analytics solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Analytics: Must have a deep understanding of the principles and applications of AI and Analytics, including machine learning, data mining and predictive modeling and Generative AI.
2. Sales and Consulting Skills: Must have proven sales or consulting experience, with a strong ability to understand customer needs and develop customized solutions.
3. Communication and Presentation Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present solutions clearly and persuasively.
4. Teamwork and Collaboration: Must be able to work effectively in a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and other consultants.
5. Language Skills: Must be fluent in Portuguese and have an advanced level in English, as they will need to communicate with clients and colleagues in both languages.
6. Problem Solving and Analysis Skills: Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.
7. Project Management Skills: Must have experience managing projects and ensuring adequate deadlines for delivering solutions.
8. Stay Updated: Must be able to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in AI and Analytics, and incorporate them into their solutions.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
1. Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Analytics platforms: Experience with specific AI and Analytics platforms, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, among others, would be a plus.
2. Programming Knowledge: Knowledge of programming in languages such as Python, R, Java, among others, would be an advantage.
3. Proven experience with the Banking, Telco or Retail industries.
