Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of AI-related solution architecture, from concept to implementation.
• Translate business needs into smart, scalable AI solutions.
• Guide solution design through every phase of the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration and solution delivery.
• Deliver high-quality results, on time and within budget.
• Serve as the authority on solution design, providing direction and oversight throughout project delivery.
• Design and roadmap AI implementations across various areas of the business.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and existing standards, while supporting operational stability.
• Lead the design and deployment of both on-premise applications and cloud-based systems.
• Actively engage with business and IT teams, ensuring solutions meet functionality and capability needs.
• Maintain architecture documentation and standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, especially during design phases.
• Contribute to the company’s Architecture Review Board (ARB) to ensure the quality and accuracy of system releases.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect, with experience in AI or a strong interest in advancing your skills in this area.
• Familiarity with IT architecture methodologies, best practices, and processes.
• Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in web development languages and frameworks like REST APIs, Node.js, JavaScript, Vue3, AngularJS, CSS, and HTML5.
• Strong SQL database knowledge (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Git, GitLab, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
