Software Engineer III, Machine Learning Optimization, Pixel Audio Full-time

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in C , software debugging, performance profiling and benchmark, and performance tuning.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with digital signal processing and audio algorithms development.
• Experience with ML model development.
• Knowledge of system performance, DSP, CPU, GPU, TPU optimization, or ML compilers.

Responsibilities

• Deploy new audio technologies and integrate research into Google products.
• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders.
• Search in-depth into the full stack of Machine Learning software.
• Analyze the Machine Learning workload performance; apply model optimization, efficient deep learning techniques, and Machine Learning software improvements.
• Research and develop novel audio technologies, such as signal processing algorithms and machine learning models.
