About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing, designing, and implementing innovative software solutions that drive our products forward. You will interact with all parts of our codebase and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify and address bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and other potential issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Contribute to technical roadmap and architecture discussions.
• Own features from start to finish, architecting solutions for complex projects.
• Set technical standards, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, clean, performant, and well-documented code.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You

• Identify as a generalist and are excited to work on interesting problems.
• Have significant experience working with Python.
• Are fascinated by LLMs and enjoy experimenting with various ML technologies.
• Have 2+ years of relevant industry experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
• Can take on responsibility to identify and solve problems.
• Are capable of managing projects end-to-end while wearing multiple hats.
• Have a customer-first mindset and are interested in engaging with customers to ensure we build a polished product that meets their needs.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, early-stage startup environment.
• (Bonus) Have first-hand experience building an early-stage startup.
