The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with experience in analyzing and reporting on large datasets. They should be able to develop and track metrics, create data visualizations, and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the infrastructure for code generation and metrics tools, including cloud-based resources and on-premise environments.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the infrastructure to support growing user base and increasing demand.
• Develop and maintain deployment scripts and automation tools to ensure efficient and reliable deployment of code generation and metrics tools.
• Monitor tool performance, latency, and errors to identify areas for improvement and optimize system configuration.
• Design, develop, and manage a scalable and extensible Agent platform with common framework tooling for the platform.
• Ensure Agent platform is modular, flexible, and easy to maintain, with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement platform architecture that meets business requirements and ensures scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Ensure platform architecture is aligned with industry standards and best practices.
• Eat, sleep, and breathe techniques in improving developer productivity. You have a knack for suggesting ideas to understand the developer’s needs and provide creative solutions to improve the developer’s productivity using AI tools
• Participate in the team’s on-call rotation to address complex problems in real time and keep services operational and highly available
• Create and enforce processes that ensure quality of work, and drive engineering excellence
• Exhibit a customer-first mentality while making decisions, and be responsible and accountable for the output of the team

Core Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in platform and infrastructure engineering, with a focus on scalable and extensible systems.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of cloud-based services, including compute, storage, and networking.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques (e.g., regression analysis, classification, clustering).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
