Senior Solutions Architect (AI)

As a Senior Solutions Architect (AI), you will be creating new technology-driven, AI-related, global content solutions for our customers.

As part of your role, you will drive discussions around innovation with our customers and prospective customers. In collaboration with the account owners, you will strategize on how to address customer needs and pitch our solutions to drive revenue.

You will be a member of the Global Solution Team. This team is collectively responsible for developing solutions that meet client expectations for technical competency, process innovation, cost savings and quality. By analyzing customer requirements, you will identify market trends and opportunities to propose and deliver innovative, value-driving new solutions.

What You Will Do

• Present Lionbridge’s innovation and technology-driven solutions to customers in convincing way.

• Understand your customers’ drivers and pain points and the market dynamics.

• Work closely with internal SMEs and Product Teams to help shape our product roadmap.

• Own the solution design and collaborate with sales to sell our solutions.

• Support Sales to create customer stories and presentations.

• Coordinate the efforts of internal subject matter experts to present client solutions.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and the development in the content and language space and help incorporate them into our service offerings.

• Support and train Solutions and Sales team by translating new solutions into customer-facing stories. Create relevant sales material.

• Occasionally, develop draft proposals and pricing models for complex or innovative solutions.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Deep knowledge and expertise in localization/globalization, or equivalent professional experience.

• AI interest and curiosity, backed by engagement or involvement in AI- related projects or initiatives.

• Experience in creating convincing customer sales pitches and viable financial proposals.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized data solutions that meet their objectives.

• Financial aptitude to create competitive and profitable proposals.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.

• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking, understand the competitive landscape.
