Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with XX+ years of experience to lead and contribute to the integration of AI tools into enterprise systems. This role demands expertise in Core Java and AI skillsets, particularly with OCR coding and testing. The ideal candidate will collaborate with developers, architects, and internal users to design, develop, and troubleshoot solutions for complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert in integrating AI tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with team members and internal users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications adhering to architectural standards and coding best practices.
• Lead the development and evolution of architecture, contributing to system design and scalability.
• Mentor software developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and troubleshoot applications deployed in Azure.
• Perform advanced data manipulation and analysis for decision-making and optimization.
• Keep updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into existing systems when applicable.
• Create, maintain, and review technical documentation to support system understanding and usability.
• Resolve complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 10+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Proven track record in working with Core Java and developing enterprise-level applications.
• Experience in AI tool integration, specifically OCR coding and testing.
• Extensive experience with constructing and troubleshooting applications deployed in Azure.
• Proficient in designing and working with complex data models.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
• Advanced Degree in a relevant field (preferred).

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Core Java with hands-on coding experience.
• Familiarity with AI and OCR coding/testing.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting and solution development.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud technologies.
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new languages, tools, and technologies.
• Solid understanding of mathematical principles in computer science.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis.
