Senior Software Engineer, Generative AI (C++) Full-time

We seek an experienced Senior Software Engineer who’s motivated by the opportunity to apply their system design, algorithmic, and programming skills to build conversational voice assistants that leverage Generative AI. Your impact will be seen in the businesses that rely on our custom assistants to answer customer questions and handle tasks, resulting in AI-powered solutions that wow customers and merchants, improving their ability to interact with each other.

The work location for this role is limited to Toronto, Canada. Toronto-based employees are able to work from our downtown Toronto office to benefit from in-person collaboration and connection. In this role, you will:

• Combine your software engineering skills and the power of large language models to create first-of-its-kind AI capabilities
• Bring new technologies to market quickly while ensuring they operate reliably at scale
• Build understanding and expertise in generative AI services and APIs
• Leverage your ingenuity to ideate the technology powering our SoundHound Smart Answering product

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 7+ years of relevant industry experience
