Senior Software Engineer (Gen AI) Full-time

As a Generative AI (Artificial Intelligence) Developer, you specialize in creating algorithms that generate the latest content-such as text, images, or music-based on learned data patterns. Your role involves working with machine learning frameworks and neural networks to develop models that mimic creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Development:

• Design, implement, and optimize generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based models.

Data Handling:

• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train and evaluate generative models.

Research and Innovation:

• Stay up to date with the latest research in generative AI and contribute to the development of new techniques.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to integrate AI solutions into products.

Performance Optimization:

• Improve the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of existing generative models.

Deployment:

• Implement and deploy AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, processes, and experiments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying generative AI models.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning principles.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and transformer models (e.g., GPT, BERT) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS (Amazon Web Services), GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
