Senior Product Manager with AI experience wanted Full-time

About Position

Analytics team owns all analytics in the powerful NetSuite product. We are building all embedded analytics for our customers from visualisations in dashboards, through embedded analytics to reports and various tools to build customer insights. Additionally we also enable our customers to use tools like TypeScript, SQL, ODBC, JDBC, REST APIs and other to retrieve and process data.

We are looking for a product manager who can take a key role in defining the application of state of-the-art AI technologies to real enterprise problems in BI & Analytics. You will be the product leader for AI features, collaborating on defining the product vision, strategy and go-to-market, working with our customers to understand their vision and requirements. You will partner closely with our engineering, data science, research, UX, field & marketing to build a product that customers need and love.

Most of the team is located in Brno, Czechia. However we also have colleagues in Barcelona, Malaga, Austin, San Francisco and other parts of the world.

Responsibilities Strategic

• Deep understanding of the current and target customer needs through quantitative and qualitative research
• Researching market dynamics to understand direct/indirect competitor efforts, analysts, regulators and all trends with purpose to provide strategic direction for the Analytics
• Passionately represent the voice of the customers
• Participation in developing the overall product strategy and roadmap. Create, execute and communicate the roadmap to achieve the goals and strategy for Analytics
• Have a deep understanding of the AI market and industry trends

Tactical

• Lead the discovery, validation and implementation of groundbreaking AI features, especially in the realm of Generative AI, ensuring they align with customer needs and the overall business objectives.
• Manage the product management backlog (collect ideas, categorize, research and prioritize)
• Conceive, document and drive the creation of new features in engineering backlog. Create user stories, and detailed product requirements that clearly articulate desired product functionality to internal stakeholders, so they are able to successfully deliver features addressing customer problems
• Innovation & Experimentation: Foster a culture of experimentation, rapidly prototyping, and iterating based on user feedback and market trends to refine AI solutions.
• Coordinate, provide guidance and collaborate with Development, QA, Doc, and UI to deliver great products
• Act as a point of contact for all stakeholders and coordinate their activities to ensure successful release delivery

Experience

• Worked in B2B commerce and SMB market
• Experience with building AI applications (preferably in enterprise scenarios)
  • Technical Acumen: Strong technical skills, ideally with experience in RAG, vector databases, and embeddings. You should be competent enough to engage deeply with engineering teams.
  • Practical AI Experience: Hands-on experience with AI technologies, involved in the full lifecycle from ideation through launch, or optimization of existing AI products/platforms.
• Understands databases and BI technologies and trends is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP and cloud solutions is a plus
• Product management experience with both strategic and tactical activities

• Familiarity with design thinking and understands necessity of great user experience

• Great communicator with ability to adjust style to different audiences (engineers, sales, executives..)

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
