Senior Product Manager, ML/AI (Mailchimp) Full-time

This includes segmenting audiences with precision and tailoring communications to individual customer needs, driving engagement, and revenue growth for SMBs. Building on Intuit’s decade-long investment in AI, Mailchimp seeks to integrate advanced AI and machine learning algorithms into its platform. This senior product manager will be at the center of building experiences that automate the generation of marketing insights and actions, making sophisticated marketing strategies accessible to SMBs without the need for in-house expertise.

Responsibilities

• Build and own both high level roadmap and detailed delivery plans of AI/ML services for Intuit Mailchimp spanning predictive and generative AI
• Interact with customers across all business units and functional groups to understand pain points and collect requirements
• Use a data/metrics driven product development approach; define success criteria for roadmap items and demonstrate measurable impact on those success metrics
• Manage prioritization of strategic features and capabilities
• Evangelize products throughout the company and across varying levels of organization
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising of architects, data scientists, designers and engineers
• Influence key organization stakeholders and lead change
