Valsoft are looking for an experienced Product Manager to identify market opportunities, align business and product strategy, and drive revenue growth.

The Role:

The Senior Product Leader plays a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategy, development, and success of software solutions that deliver meaningful business impact. Collaborating closely with Sales and R&D teams, you will develop high-impact solutions that address customer needs and market opportunities.

As a change agent, you will foster flow efficiency, rapid feedback loops, and a culture of continuous learning to accelerate innovation and execution. You will champion customer-value creation, ensuring products deliver measurable business outcomes and evolve through data-driven insights and iterative improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales and R&D teams to align product strategy with business growth.
• Drive customer-centric innovation, ensuring all features and enhancements contribute to value creation and measurable impact.
• Promote Lean flow principles, minimizing waste, reducing cycle time, and improving responsiveness.
• Enable fast feedback and adaptive decision-making, ensuring iterative and agile product development.
• Shape go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product adoption.
• Balance business objectives and technical feasibility, considering legacy system constraints while embracing modern, AI-driven solutions.

About You:

• 10+ years in software product management with a focus on market-driven development.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategy.
• Experience in collaborating across sales, marketing, and R&D to drive adoption.
• Proven ability to drive change, implement flow efficiency, and cultivate a culture of innovation and learning.
• Familiarity with legacy system constraints and modern AI-fueled development methodologies.
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering customer value.
• Legally authorised to work in Canada.
