Senior Principal Product Manager – Biometrics AI Full-time

Job Description

As a Product Manager for Biometrics AI, you will play a pivotal role in defining, building, and launching cutting-edge biometric authentication solutions powered by artificial intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, and business development to create innovative products that solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in AI and biometrics, and a passion for building products that push the boundaries of security and user experience.

We seek an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join our Biometrics AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and success of our cutting-edge biometrics products, focusing on performance improvement and scalability for new use cases. Work closely with business partners and engineering teams to define opportunities and business use cases, translate them to product definition and product requirements, design a strategy for pricing, and have extensive knowledge of the AI and Biometrics market. We are looking for an experienced resource in AI-based biometrics that uses face recognition, IRIS recognition, fingerprint, voice recognition, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 15+ years experience in product management, AI based applications
• Experience working in biometrics, AI, or security technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, particularly in biometrics and identity verification
• Knowledge and deep understanding on AI based biometrics modalities such as face recognition, IRIS / Retina recognition, Voice recognition, finger printing etc.
• Knowledge regarding authentication, authorization flows, AI as a first or second factor authentication.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements around biometric data and privacy concerns.
• Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new technologies.
• Passion for AI and its applications in identity verification

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product roadmap for Biometrics AI solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs. Own the vision, strategy, and long-term product direction.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, data scientists, UI/UX designers, and business leaders to bring products to market. Ensure seamless communication between teams to achieve product success.
• Customer Focus: Understand customer pain points, market trends, and emerging technologies. Gather and prioritize customer feedback, and use insights to drive product innovation.
• Product Development: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to product launch and iteration. Ensure products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand competitors, identify new trends, and explore opportunities for differentiation. Keep up to date with developments in AI and biometrics technology.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and optimize user experience. Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate as needed to drive growth and satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners to keep everyone aligned on product progress, milestones, and key deliverables.
