Senior ML/AI Engineer Full-time

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and train machine learning models using Google’s AI stack, including AI Agent Studio, Gemini and Vertex AI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create AI solutions like a Sales team assistant for client call summarization and a document base analyzer for tracking changes in products or strategies
• Seamlessly integrate trained machine learning models into our current toolset
• Write and maintain clean, efficient code in Python and ideally Java to support model integration and deployment
• Evaluate and enhance the performance of deployed models continuously, adapting to the changing needs of the business
• Stay abreast of latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies to foster innovation within the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ML/AI Engineering
• Proven experience in training and deploying machine learning models using Google’s AI stack (AI Agent Studio, Gemini, Vertex AI)
• Programming proficiency in Python
• Background in integrating ML models into existing software environments and toolsets
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Effective communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience in Java
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred
