What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with over 5 years of experience to lead the framing, development, and deployment at scale of machine learning models. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the framing, development, and deployment of machine learning models aimed at understanding the risk of various business classes. You will leverage vast amounts of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources (web data, geolocation, satellite imaging, etc.) to derive novel insights about behavior and risk.

Our team members enjoy full ownership over their projects and are expected to drive the project’s direction while maintaining focus. We operate in two-week sprints, with ML Engineers collaborating closely with Product Management and Software Engineers.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in engineering and data science.
• A proactive attitude: you excel in finding solutions, overcoming obstacles, and rejecting defeat.
• Profound understanding of applied machine learning algorithms, particularly in NLP, and statistics.
• Proficiency in Python and its major data science libraries, with a track record of deploying models and algorithms in production environments.
• Comfortable with both data science principles and the engineering involved in bringing models to production.
• Enthusiasm for using a diverse array of technologies, always focused on selecting the most suitable tools for each task.
• Value open, honest, and respectful communication.

Desirable skills:

• Experience with AWS.
• Hands-on involvement in data analytics and data engineering.
