Senior Machine Learning Engineer to transform and deploy machine learning Full-time

Out client is Canada’s largest retailer. They are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to transform and deploy machine learning models into Google Cloud (GCP) environment.

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Brampton or Toronto (4 days/week)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with Data Science team to designed and implement machine learning algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to obtain machine learning prototypes.
• Transform machine learning models and code to ensure a robust and resilient solutions is implemented.
• Deploy machine learning models and webservices into production environment within GCP, utilizing orchestration tools to schedule jobs and manage dependencies.
• Work on preprocessing pipelines, feature engineering, and data augmentation to ensure high-quality input for machine learning models.

Must Have Skills:

• Advanced Python and SQL
• Machine Learning/Data Science background
• GCP (preferred) or Azure or AWS – experience building cloud services from scratch.
• AirFlow, DataFlow, or Cloud Composer
• Experience implementing Web Services
