About the Team:
Recommendation algorithm team plays a central role in the company, driving critical product decisions and platform growth. The team is made up of machine learning researchers and engineers, who support and innovate on production recommendation models and drive product impact. The team is dynamic, fast-pacing, collaborative and impact-driven.

Responsibilities – What You’II Do
– Develop a critical natural language product for TikTok.
– Innovate Large language model applications to enhance information retrieval, analysis, and copiloting.
– Design end-to-end machine learning products with a strong product mindset and cross-functional ability.
– Work with engineers in diverse technical backgrounds.

Qualifications

– Bachelor degree in computer science or a related major, with 4 years of related work experience.
– Experience with at least one programming language like C++/Python or equivalent.
– Proficiency in information retrieval, natural language processing, and trend analysis.
– Passion for adopting large language model techniques to application. Relevant experience is preferred.
– Strong product design and abstraction skills.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
